Our Chambourcin vines were planted in 2009. From our 1.3 acres of Chambourcin, we harvest about

4 tons which produces around 250 cases.

Our first release debuted in 2013. The 2012 Chambourcin is a light, dry, red wine with hints of blackberry, cherry, smoke and cinnamon.

Following the great response of the 2012 release, we introduced our 2013 Chambourcin.

Unlike its predecessor, the 2013 Chambourcin is fuller-bodied red, with hints of cherry and oak.

Our Villard Blanc vines were planted in 2012.

We got the first small crop off of them in 2015.

From what we have tasted from other climates and vineyards, this wine has notes of citrus and green apple. We released our first Villard Blanc in May of 2015.
We are currently selling two vintages of Villard. The 2017 is light and crisp, being fermented in stainless steel. The 2016 is more full bodied and rounder, having been fermented in American oak barrels.

Our Chambourcin Rose was a happy accident. I wanted a nice sparkling quality to this wine. Setting it apart from our others, our Rose is dry and fizzy. It has hints of cranberry, lemon, and green apple. Great to pair with turkey, pork, brunches, and front porches. Perfect for those Summer sunsets.

"Every Sunday, my girlfriends and I get together for our weekly book club... of course, never forgetting our bottle of Rose!" -O.G.

Our Cabernet Franc is a medium-bodied red, with nice spice and peppery notes.  Quite earthy with hints of smoke and leather. This pairs well with most red meats, and for our vegetarians out there, Eggplant Parmesan or Sauteed Portabello Mushrooms.

Thanks to a series of fortunate events, our wine is produced at Yadkin Valley Wine Company in Hamptonville, NC, where Elizabeth Anne is the assistant winemaker. Their facility gives us access to quality equipment that we would not be able to afford at this stage in our young venture.

Our first Cyril's blend was released in December of 2018. It is a blend of Cab Sauv, Chambourcin, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The wines were blended together during fermentation and then aged for 8 months in American and French oak. This is a light fruity wine with simple tannins.
