Crunchy Green Bean Salad

1 lb green beans

1 cup almonds

1 small onion, chopped

1 T veggie oil

2 T olive oil

3 T balsamic vinegar

1 T parmesian cheese

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

Saute the chopped onion in the 1 T veggie oil. After a minute, toss in the green beans and cook slightly, but removing from heat before fully cooked. Put beans and onions in a tupperware container with olive oil, vinegar, almonds, salt, pepper, and parmesian cheese. Shake and eat!
