Job Title: Farmers Market Representatives
Job Description: Farmers Market Representatives for the Farm at Dover Vineyards are responsible for sales and CSA veggie box distribution at Farmers Markets and Pop-up events. We attend various markets throughout the season and are specifically hiring for markets on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings, although opportunities for extra hours are available. Individuals must be available to consistently work at any or all of the markets from April-late November. Markets occur outdoors and in all weather conditions. Market Representatives take company vehicles to the markets, unpack and sell the product, count and repack the unsold product, return the product to the farm stand, and unload and organize the inventory after the market. Market Representatives are ambassadors of our farm to the communities that we serve. They seek to promote our markets with businesses, organizations, and neighbors where they are working.
Qualifications:

Job Title: Vineyard and Farm Crew
Job Description: The Vineyard and Farm Crew at the Farm at Dover Vineyards is primarily responsible for all general farm work including soil preparation and maintenance, planting, harvesting, pruning and general care for grapes and vegetables. In addition, this role may be asked to weedeat, mow, spray, and maintain a range of equipment. As an employ of a small business, the crew should be prepared to operate in a fill in sales capacity as well.

Job Description: The Weekday Wine Sales Associate is primarily responsible for conducting wine tastings, maintaining our online presence, assisting with event planning and social media management. Some Saturday work is required, approx 15 Saturdays per year. Additionally, during down times, this person will assist in general farm stand tasks as needed.

Job Description: The Maintenance Person is primarily responsible for regularly operating and maintaining the lawn mower, weedeater, and chainsaw. Additional tasks could include but are not limited to watering plants, pruning bushes, and washing cars. The Maintenance Person will work on all Dover properties, not just the farm and vineyard.
